Episode 16: Aladdin & Merlot

"You ain't never had a friend like me!" In the first episode of season two Adina and Rachel hop on a magic carpet for Adina's pick, Aladdin. Rachel pairs this with the Tulip Merlot all the way from Israel so they can be inspired with a Middle Eastern wine. Adina tells us about how Howard Ashman and Alan Menken brought this story to life and Rachel longs for more lamp lore and a backstory about the Cave of Wonders. Together, to kick off their second season, they realize that Aladdin is so much more of a bro-mance than a romance. So pour yourself a glass, think of some wishes, and rewind back to Aladdin.
